What you'll do

• Understand client business goals and technology environments
• develop technology roadmaps
• contribute to solution discussions across data, technology, and digital transformation
• provide quality assurance on active projects
• support client operational and project commitments
• participate in sales calls, prepare proposals, and support new and expanded work
• track opportunities in the CRM
• coordinate client service teams and act as an escalation point.
