What you'll do

• Review closed loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• board mortgage and home equity loans into the core processing system using Encompass
• verify loan terms, rates, payment schedules, escrow, borrower data, funding, and disbursements
• investigate discrepancies with underwriting, closing, and post-closing teams
• maintain loan records and perform quality-control reviews
• process payment corrections, payoff quotes, recasts, ARM notices, and modifications
• perform file maintenance and assist with general-ledger balancing and reconciliation
• manage service requests through Help Scout
• provide phone support and prepare daily rate sheets.
