What you'll do

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and allocate work
• monitor service, quality, productivity, accuracy, safety, and cost metrics
• serve as the first escalation point for operational issues
• coordinate IT asset receiving, processing, inventory, provisioning, and outbound workflows
• maintain asset traceability and inventory accuracy
• support cycle counts and discrepancy investigations
• ensure SOP and safety compliance
• provide operational updates
• coach and train associates
• support continuous improvement.
