What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
• comply with health and safety regulations
• maintain clean and organized kitchen and food preparation areas
• monitor stock and report shortages
• collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer demand
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• support training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed
• minimize food waste through portion control and proper storage.
