What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and schedule resident care staff to maintain adequate 24/7 coverage
• establish and maintain a compliant medication system and accurate documentation
• coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, responsible parties, residents, families, and team members
• develop and educate staff on individualized resident service plans
• manage the department within budget and maintain supplies
• serve as the community liaison for resident care.
