The Manager, Credentialing & Medical Staff Services role is onsite in Boston, MA. The base salary is $110,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location. Prenuvo’s mission is to advance proactive healthcare through whole-body scanning and patient-centered care. The manager builds and leads centralized credentialing and medical staff operations to support more than 200 healthcare professionals as the organization grows. The role maintains licensure and compliance workflows, clinician onboarding, evaluation tracking, and reliable operational systems across multiple states.

What you'll do

• Own primary-source verification, credentialing, re-credentialing, licensure, and renewals
• maintain credentialing records and monitor licensing status
• establish controls and escalation processes
• coordinate training, attestations, background checks, and audits
• administer FPPE and OPPE tracking workflows
• lead clinician onboarding and offboarding operations
• maintain authoritative data and improve systems and workflows
• manage assigned staff, contractors, and vendors
• support expansion into new states and markets.
