What you'll do

• Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner, offering to assist with their luggage.
• Accurately and promptly process valet tickets.
• Operate, park, and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform inventory of valet-parked vehicles and available spaces.
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service.
• Report any damage to vehicles or property immediately.
• Assist with guest luggage as needed.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
