What you'll do

• Manage, lead, and mentor managers and hourly staff
• maintain service standards and guest experiences
• oversee business operations, marketing strategies, risk management, and corporate mandates
• recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff
• coach and train employees
• monitor sales forecasts, labor costs, and expenses
• review P&L reports
• oversee the beverage program
• drive sales through networking, marketing, and guest engagement
• build relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and industry influencers.
