What you'll do

• Represent lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions
• draft and negotiate loan, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and related documents
• manage loan originations through closing and post-closing
• advise on asset management, workouts, restructurings, and exit strategies
• coordinate due diligence and closing processes
• handle secondary market repurchase facility transactions
• and work with clients, borrowers, and legal teams.
