What you'll do

• Support daily living skills and individualized goals
• assist with activities of daily living, toileting, and feeding
• provide hands-on support for therapeutic activities
• engage participants in small-group activities
• follow individualized plans and safety protocols
• support community activities and transportation in agency vehicles
• maintain facility cleanliness
• complete daily documentation and progress notes.
