What you'll do

• Lead team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physician orders
• assign and supervise nursing care
• supervise and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• support staff orientation and training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures
• coordinate care with other departments
• maintain supplies and equipment
• document observations and resident responses
• participate in staffing and unit operations.
