Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Cleveland, OH. Compensation is $16.50 per hour for HHA or CNA certification, or $17.00 per hour for STNA certification; weekend shift differentials are $1.00 per hour. McGregor PACE supports older adults in remaining safe at home while maintaining independence and dignity. The aide provides day-to-day personal care and safety for participants, assists with activities of daily living, and supports household tasks. The role contributes to coordinated, ongoing care by communicating participant updates, completing documentation, and working with the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and support participant safety
• assist with toileting, bathing, ambulation, feeding, dressing, and recreational activities while encouraging independence
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and errands
• prepare supplies
• communicate participant information and status changes
• complete documentation and training
• follow infection-control practices.
