What you'll do

• Assist with plan review, customer communication, and bid preparation
• solicit and analyze subcontractor bids
• help prepare estimates, proposals, scopes of work, and bid packages
• support negotiations, value engineering, and cost analysis
• maintain bid files, subcontractor records, and project documentation
• file permits
• develop toward independently managing complete bids from customer introduction through contracts.
