The Manager on Duty — Sports Facility Operations role is an onsite position in Williamsport, PA. Pay is $16 per hour. The role supports operations at the Williamsport Lumber Yards Sports Complex. As the General Manager’s representative during assigned shifts, the Manager on Duty oversees facility operations and the guest experience, addresses incidents and concerns, and helps ensure staff follow facility policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Open and secure the building
• monitor the facility and enforce policies
• oversee frontline staff and facility programs, employees, and guests
• respond to program and scheduling inquiries
• address incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercations
• resolve or refer guest concerns
• complete reports
• maintain confidentiality
• communicate with staff and facility partners
• perform light housekeeping when needed.
