Senior Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliation schedules
• analyze account activity and support accurate GAAP financial statements
• reconcile accounts receivable, cash, and sales across systems and investigate variances
• analyze income statement trends, accruals, and budgets versus actuals
• assist with inventory analysis and reserve reconciliations
• review contracts and transactions for accounting treatment
• support and coordinate audit work
• document policies and workflows
• contribute to process improvement and automation, including AI tools or Alteryx.
