The attorney advises clients on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act compliance and antitrust issues in mergers and acquisitions. The role supports transaction teams through reportability analysis, filings, due diligence, regulatory review, and coordination toward approvals and closings.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on HSR Act requirements and premerger notification obligations
• analyze transactions for HSR reportability and U.S. antitrust compliance
• collaborate with M&A teams
• assist with antitrust due diligence, integration planning, and transaction risk assessments
• prepare, review, and file HSR notifications
• advise on competitive overlaps, market analyses, and strategic considerations
• assist with Access Letter submissions and Second Request responses
• coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate regulatory approvals and transaction closings.
