The Vascular Sonographer role is onsite in Lowell, MA. Compensation is $40–$57 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. The Vascular Care Group is an outpatient practice providing care for vascular patients. The sonographer performs physician-ordered diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations and prepares clinically relevant information to support diagnosis and treatment. The role also includes reviewing images, preparing preliminary reports, maintaining equipment quality, and assisting with daily facility operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment
• assess patients and perform ordered diagnostic sonography
• capture appropriate images and document examination limitations
• review images and prepare preliminary reports
• complete billing requirements
• perform equipment quality control and preventive maintenance
• assist with facility operations and workflow.
