Reliability Superintendent

What you'll do

• Lead and train reliability supervisors, technicians, and lubrication technicians
• promote condition monitoring, root cause analysis, and preventive and predictive maintenance
• use the CMMS and asset lifecycle data to improve asset availability
• provide asset condition reports and coordinate outages
• plan and schedule work
• develop asset management strategies
• manage third-party reliability services
• analyze production processes and recommend improvements
• reduce downtime
• review equipment and recommend lifecycle and maintainability improvements
• coordinate vendors
• and train team members.
