The Packaging Machine Operator role is onsite in Perham, MN, with hours of 2:40 PM–11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The listed all-in hourly compensation is $23.31, including base pay, sign-on bonus per hour worked, and a night-shift differential. The operator runs and maintains packaging and scale equipment, prepares products for packaging, and follows production schedules. The role supports safe, sanitary, and quality-focused production by inspecting equipment, completing required tests and paperwork, and coordinating with production, warehouse, and quality-control colleagues.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain packaging machine and scale equipment
• package products and repackage items into shippers or trays when assigned to a utility line
• inspect equipment for sanitation and food safety
• set up packaging equipment
• retrieve production materials
• report material or equipment problems
• perform required tests and paperwork
• enter production information
• coordinate with warehouse, quality control, cooks, and other operators
• complete orders according to the production schedule.
