Lead Residence Manager — Adult Rehabilitation Center

What you'll do

• Manage the assigned men’s or women’s residence facility and beneficiaries
• maintain grounds and buildings and schedule repairs
• supervise and train residence desk, canteen, laundry, janitorial, and Residence Manager staff
• order supplies
• orient beneficiaries and communicate residence requirements
• assign rooms and beds
• monitor and facilitate beneficiary activities
• provide short-term crisis counseling
• support recreational programming
• oversee testing procedures when requested or required
• maintain records and confidentiality
• conduct security rounds and ensure fire drills
• coordinate events and transportation as assigned
• uphold safety rules and program policies.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required. A program graduate with continuing recovery involvement is preferred but not required. California employees must obtain a Class B license with passenger endorsement within 45 days.
