The Endodontist role is onsite serving patients across the Toledo, OH area. Pay is $250,000–$350,000 per year, depending on experience and production. The position is a new specialist opening focused on complex diagnostic cases and referral relationships with general dentists in Lucas County. The endodontist diagnoses and treats pulpal and periapical disease, performs root canal therapy and surgical endodontics, and manages emergency pain and dental trauma cases. The role contributes to predictable patient outcomes through advanced imaging and treatment technology, accurate documentation, and collaboration with referring dentists.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical disease
• perform molar root canals, retreatments, and treatment of calcified canals
• perform apicoectomies
• provide emergency pain management and treat dental trauma
• use an operating microscope, CBCT imaging, and rotary or reciprocating systems
• communicate treatment reports to referring dentists
• document care and help refine clinical and infection-control protocols.
