Description
Supervises and trains primary care providers (PCPs). Maximizes core model execution, improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Provides direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Manages PCP performance, engagement, and builds clinical-operations synergy and culture.
