What you'll do

• Serve as primary therapist for assigned clients and families
• conduct weekly individual and family therapy
• facilitate one to two therapy groups per week and complete documentation
• complete biopsychosocial and risk assessments
• develop and monitor treatment plans
• provide after-hours clinical support through an on-call rotation
• coordinate with utilization review
• guide discharge planning and aftercare
• participate in treatment team and psychiatry meetings
• assess clinical risk and support safety planning and mandated reporting
• use outcomes data to inform treatment planning.
