The Dining Server role is onsite in Springfield, MO. Pay is $16 per hour. The server supports residents’ daily dining experience through courteous table service, food safety, cleanliness, and attention to individual dining needs, while coordinating with colleagues to maintain a welcoming dining environment.

What you'll do

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders
• assist with catering, room service, special events, and marketing functions
• clean and sanitize work areas, tables, and dining spaces
• follow food safety and infection-control standards
• adapt service to resident preferences
• minimize waste
• follow recipes and ingredient labels
• maintain kitchen equipment
• communicate menu details
• and collaborate with residents, families, and staff.
