What you'll do

• Gather vehicle identification, mileage, build date, and customer concerns at check-in
• document vehicle condition with a walkaround, pictures, and notes
• ensure technician recommendations have supporting notes
• update customers on repair progress and timing
• explain and sell recommended repairs and maintenance
• coordinate with shop staff and quality control technicians
• manage customer expectations and completion estimates
• create repair orders, quotes, and invoices
• assist with extended warranty claims
• update the status board and repair-order status in Tekmetric.
