What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email

• support customer delivery launches at the warehouse
• create daily customer order picks
• assist with entry-level material planning
• schedule daily and expedited transportation
• resolve variances by investigating their source
• maintain records and perform office duties
• back up teammates as needed.
