What you'll do

• support EHR and practice management systems
• gather and document requirements
• manage updates, troubleshooting, data accuracy, and security
• coordinate technical issue resolution
• perform updates, patches, and backups
• provide end-user support and assist with training
• analyze clinical workflows
• generate reports
• troubleshoot Windows and cloud platforms
• create detailed JIRA tickets
• use REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger for testing and documentation.
