Mobile Director of Nursing

What you'll do

• Lead nursing operations at assigned skilled nursing facilities
• stabilize nursing departments during vacancies and transitions
• lead facility turnaround initiatives
• prepare facilities for federal and Pennsylvania regulatory surveys
• ensure regulatory compliance
• supervise, coach, and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff
• monitor clinical performance and implement corrective actions
• partner with administrators and regional leaders
• support quality improvement
• assume unit manager or other clinical leadership duties between assignments when needed
• travel throughout the Harrisburg market, including overnight stays when required.
