Data Cloud Governance Manager

Job overview

The Data Cloud Governance Manager role is hybrid in East Hanover, NJ, with three days onsite and two remote. Compensation is $70–$71 per hour. The role supports the US CRM organization at a global pharmaceutical company. This manager owns governance for shared Data Cloud capabilities, translating policy and regulatory expectations into platform controls and standards. The work enables Data Spaces to deliver consistently while keeping access, privacy, security, and audit requirements visible.

What you'll do

• Translate enterprise policy and regulatory expectations into platform standards, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
• establish controls for access, classification, tagging, masking, encryption, consent, retention, and data sharing
• partner with IT, architecture, security, privacy, legal, data engineering, and product teams
• maintain audit evidence, risk-based controls, and ownership
• explain requirements to technical and business audiences.
