Senior Sales Manager

What you'll do

• develop relationships across assigned market segments
• manage accounts and identify growth opportunities
• respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business
• conduct hotel tours and site inspections
• coordinate sales strategy with hotel leadership and revenue management
• monitor market activity and account performance
• maintain pipeline, follow-up, records, and forecasts
• represent the hotel at community and client events.
