What you'll do

• Provide preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care
• circulate during procedures and maintain a safe, sterile operating room
• prepare and position patients and verify surgical documentation
• assist surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
• follow aseptic technique, infection prevention, and patient safety standards
• operate and monitor surgical equipment
• handle biohazardous materials safely
• document care and procedures
• monitor patient status
• participate in quality improvement, inventory management, and operating room readiness.
