What you'll do

• Coordinate engineering projects and cross-functional activities
• maintain action-item tracking systems
• track deliverables, milestones, commitments, and due dates
• follow up on assigned tasks and report overdue actions, schedule risks, and delays
• coordinate meetings and reviews, prepare agendas, and distribute summaries
• track design review actions
• coordinate Engineering Change Order activities and New Product Introduction deliverables
• maintain schedules, status reports, dashboards, metrics, records, and documentation
• support resource planning, customer deliverables, continuous improvement, and compliance with ISO procedures and quality requirements.
