Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Make high-volume outbound collection calls and negotiate payment resolutions
• manage customer accounts and relationships
• investigate payment disputes, deductions, and discrepancies
• monitor payment trends and collection risks
• document communications and activities in the ERP system
• coordinate with Sales
• report to the Collections Supervisor
• assist with year-end audits.
