Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, including opening and closing, point-of-sale operations, inventory, merchandising, and donations
• assume day-to-day operational responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence
• monitor performance indicators and support sales and profitability goals
• assist with scheduling, payroll records, hiring, training, and employee coaching
• support customer and donor satisfaction
• supervise and support beneficiaries participating in work therapy assignments
• protect store funds, inventory, and property
• maintain safety and security procedures.
