What you'll do

• Communicate with residents about past-due balances and assist with collections
• enter vendor invoices
• support tours, applications, and lease preparation
• coordinate lease renewals
• respond to resident issues
• participate in management plans and budgets
• prepare leasing and financial reports
• assist with oversight of property personnel
• oversee engineering, maintenance, and security operations
• inspect buildings and address deficiencies
• supervise vendors and administer contracts
• assist with move-ins and move-outs
• coordinate resident events.
