What you'll do

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems
• perform miscellaneous repairs and scheduled and preventive equipment maintenance
• apply working knowledge of electrical and heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems
• follow maintenance department safety rules, policies, and procedures
• perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
