As part of the Securities, Trading and Regulatory group, the attorney advises investment teams on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across global investments and supports the legal and operational infrastructure for trading activity.

What you'll do

• Advise on public and private investments across industries and jurisdictions
• analyze and prepare U.S. and comparable foreign filings
• address material nonpublic information concerns and employee trading policy
• monitor ownership thresholds, disclosure obligations, trading windows, and restrictions
• support trade review and follow-up
• maintain trading and portfolio-monitoring tools
• identify regulatory developments and mitigate risk
• improve legal workflows and tools
• collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel
• review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements
• lead or participate in cross-functional projects.
