Dental Services Representative (Vietnamese)

The Dental Services Representative (Vietnamese) role is onsite in San Leandro, CA, with pay of $31.03–$32.30 per hour. Asian Health Services provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services to more than 50,000 patients and emphasizes whole-patient health and culturally competent care. As the patient's initial contact by phone or in person, the representative supports access to dental care through reception, scheduling, records, eligibility checks, authorizations, billing, and payment processing. The role also helps coordinate referrals and maintain a respectful, confidential, and cooperative clinic environment.

What you'll do

• Assemble and confirm patient schedules and make reminder calls
• greet and register patients, answer and screen calls, and take messages
• create and update records in Dentrix and manual systems
• verify eligibility and authorizations
• obtain treatment pre-authorizations
• explain treatment estimates
• process billing, payments, account adjustments, and claims
• maintain secure cash handling and patient confidentiality
• provide other support such as interpretation when appropriate and time allows.
