It supports facility operations by completing preventive maintenance, maintaining grounds and shared spaces, repairing equipment, and preparing apartments for move-in.

What you'll do

• Document preventive maintenance for the facility and equipment
• maintain grounds and community areas
• clean and maintain shared spaces
• repair and maintain equipment
• prepare apartments for move-in and refurbish them after move-out
• report observed problems
• coordinate with the local fire department on emergency procedures and drills.
