The Truck Driver — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Rogers, MN, with compensation of $33–$35 per hour, including a $3 per hour second-shift differential. The driver transports materials, equipment, finished products, and personnel, usually on short trips, and may perform in-plant duties as time permits. Sportech designs, manufactures, and assembles cab components and systems for powersports, golf and turf, industrial, and agricultural markets. The role supports material movement and receiving operations by safely driving and inspecting trucks, loading and unloading goods, maintaining required logs, and verifying materials. It also helps stage and pull raw materials and may assist with training staff on truck-driving requirements.

What you'll do

• Drive a vehicle with a gross combination weight rating over 26,000 pounds to transport materials, equipment, finished products, and personnel
• inspect and maintain the truck
• load and unload trucks
• follow commercial driving regulations and maintain driver logs
• perform receiving verification counts
• stage and pull raw materials according to pick lists and schedules
• verify goods and information against purchase orders and return authorizations
• assist with training staff in truck-driving requirements.
