Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Direct Maintenance Department personnel
• take disciplinary measures short of termination
• provide project direction and act as Lead Technician when needed
• ensure repairs follow manufacturer instructions and repair station procedures
• monitor repair progress and efficient use of resources
• verify personnel qualifications and maintenance standards
• coordinate inspections and repairs with Quality
• liaise with customers and factory representatives
• maintain records and ensure facilities, tooling, equipment, and work areas are orderly.
