The Warehouse Management Trainee is an onsite role based in Tacoma, WA, offering compensation between $28 and $34 per hour. This position supports the Washington branch of Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. This role exists to develop future leaders through an 18-month rotational program. Trainees gain hands-on experience in all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, to ensure high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance.

• Master warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program.
• Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Develop skills to uphold accuracy, safety, and performance standards.
• Complete forklift and equipment certifications.
