The Retail Sales Associate — Wellness Advisor, Part-Time role is onsite in Naperville, IL. Pay is $17.75 per hour. Sunnyside* dispensaries provide a welcoming place for customers at different points in their cannabis journey, as part of Cresco Labs’ mission to professionalize the industry. The Wellness Advisor guides customers through product selection and the dispensary experience, from check-in and consultation through order fulfillment and checkout. The role combines customer service, product education, inventory and order accuracy, cash handling, and adherence to state and company requirements.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and verify identification
• consult with customers and educate them about cannabis products
• answer standard questions and escalate issues
• fulfill, verify, label, and package orders
• organize compliant product stock and conduct inventory counts
• handle payments in the point-of-sale system
• maintain accurate dispensary records
• follow security, safety, and regulatory procedures
• maintain the sales floor and displays.
