What you'll do

• Greet donors at their vehicles
• unload acceptable donations promptly and courteously
• thank donors and offer receipts
• prepare records and reports as requested
• sort and secure donations according to organizational requirements
• maintain a clean, orderly donation area and equipment
• track donor counts
• report site conditions, safety issues, and maintenance needs
• follow policies and safety requirements
• collaborate with Workforce and Family Services
• assist in store production and retail areas as assigned.
