What you'll do

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and tours
• manage visitor access and sign-in procedures
• support key and FOB accountability
• monitor CCTV and communicate with onsite staff
• maintain visitor, incident, and shift-handoff logs
• conduct assigned property checks
• escalate incidents and policy concerns
• maintain a discreet, orderly lobby.
