The Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician role is an onsite position located in Portland, OR, with a pay range of $19 - $20 per hour. This role supports the Centria Autism department, which is dedicated to providing specialized care and intervention for children with autism. This role exists to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician uses evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors to help children reach their full potential.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans, work one-on-one with children, teach communication and social skills, reduce interfering behaviors, and maintain a safe environment.
