Senior Research and Development Chemist

• Initiate and manage project concepts and priorities

• troubleshoot production issues and batch variations
• set specifications and compounding procedures
• coordinate pilot batches
• provide formula and ingredient documentation to operations and quality control
• monitor stability testing
• research raw materials
• interpret laboratory findings
• train and supervise lab staff.
