What you'll do

• Implement activity calendars and lead daily engagement programs
• facilitate group and one-on-one activities
• build positive relationships with residents
• maintain activity supplies and program resources
• keep activity areas organized, welcoming, and safe
• collaborate with team members
• adapt activities to residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
