What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, remove trash, and clean common areas
• clean and prepare vacant units for new residents
• assist with property turnover and the Turn Program during high-demand periods
• clean community spaces including the office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, and model units
• report unusual conditions and maintenance issues
• communicate supply needs
• replace burnt-out bulbs and broken fixtures
• safeguard company assets
• follow OSHA safety guidance and use required safety equipment
• clean and maintain pool and spa areas if applicable
• assist with maintenance and property improvement projects as needed.
