The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is an onsite role based in Santa Cruz, CA. Compensation is $37.60 - $63.00 per hour, supporting the Dominican Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation Center team. This role exists to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and guide patients through progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility and function. The therapist collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure effective care and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs, communicate progress to supervisors, assist with patient scheduling, post charges daily, document care per regulatory requirements, maintain equipment and work area, and adhere to company compliance standards.
